Lorenzo's uncle, Michael Nicoleau, an attorney at law, played a pivotal role in introducing him to the world of the United States federal government and its procurement needs. This early exposure stimulated Lorenzo's entrepreneurial spirit and ignited his passion for business in the public sector.

Additionally, Lorenzo's uncles, Carl and Aryel Nicoleau, were influential figures in his life, encouraging him to explore the healthcare industry and combine it with his innate knowledge and understanding of technologies. Their guidance and insights sparked Lorenzo's interest in leveraging technology to support the healthcare sector, paving the way for Concept Factory's expansion into telehealth and other related areas.

Background:
From a young age, Lorenzo displayed remarkable initiative and determination. At the age of 15, he used the internet to e-file for his own company, successfully obtaining an EIN number. Even without a learner's permit or driver's license, Lorenzo sought his mother's support to drive him to the bank and open his business account. This early entrepreneurial drive and resourcefulness set the stage for his future endeavors.

Lorenzo's journey as an entrepreneur began early in his life. As a freshman in high school, he was recognized as a Award recipient of the Fleet Bank of New York's Youth Entrepreneurial Competition, further fueling his ambition and solidifying his passion for business. Additionally, Roderick Huchterson, has been a steadfast mentor, standing shoulder to shoulder with Lorenzo for over 15 years, providing guidance, wisdom, and support at every step of the way.

Lorenzo's early foray into the Telehealth industry in 2017 showcased his foresight for emerging markets in healthcare and technology. Recognizing the potential for growth and impact in this sector, Lorenzo acted with vision and seized the opportunity to assist the government in procuring telehealth technologies and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during the COVID-19 pandemic. His contribution was instrumental in supporting the efforts of then Governor Cuomo to address the shortage of ventilators and other essential healthcare supplies during the government lockdown.

Before his involvement in Telehealth, Lorenzo gained valuable experience in the apparel and design industry. His entrepreneurial journey began at a young age when he founded Concept Factory at just 15 years old in 2005. As a teenage prodigy, Lorenzo's initial business model was to create his own apparel brand. He believed that Concept Factory would be the perfect name for a company that could envision and manifest concepts and ideas into reality.

However, Lorenzo's entrepreneurial spirit at 16 surpassed his business understanding, prompting him to put Concept Factory on hold while he continuedhis studies at Fashion Industries High- School in Manhattan, New York. During this time, he honed his skills as a freelance graphic menswear designer, working on general contracting jobs in the fashion design field.
Remarkably, by the age of 16, Lorenzo was responsible for over 1 million dollars in sales for an undisclosed popular menswear fashion label founded by a popular hip-hop celebrity.
Although hindered by child labor laws, Lorenzo's experience provided him with deep insight into the textile, wholesale, and retail business.
Throughout his journey, Lorenzo found mentorship and guidance from Dewry Bradford,
a seasoned fashion designer who had worked with renowned brands such as Sean John,
Phat Farm, and G-Unit. Bradford's expertise and support further enriched Lorenzo's
understanding of the industry and fueled his passion for entrepreneurship.

Lorenzo's unwavering dedication to his country and his deep love for America have been driving forces behind Concept Factory's vision. He believes in the opportunities that the American way of thought and governance provides for individuals like himself. Over the past 18 years, Lorenzo has transformed his rich hands-on experiences from his childhood to his present role as a 34-year-old young African American man. He envisions Concept Factory's future as a means to support his country as a patriot and to uphold the values that America stands for.
